          <dc:description>The main purpose of this study is to analyze the content of what first-year nurses distress at: “anything that nurses suffered from after employment" and “anything that nurses realized as a gap between abilities that nurses acquired in nursing school and the abilities required on a clinical site", so as to gain indication of effective teaching methods of comprehensive practice. A questionnaire survey was carried out to 23 first-year nurses. As a result, most of the novice nurses proved out to have suffered from something after employment. The content were able to be categorized in three categories: “time management" “knowledge and skill" and “area of responsibility." On the basis of the survey data, it can be assumed that it is important for teachers to take concern with nursing school students, in a way that students can see their future role and take advantage of their experience of practical training to show improvement in nursing practice.</dc:description>
