The camera model for the calibration is the perspective camera model which is based only on hypotheses of no spherical aberration and no chromatic aberration. The camera calibrated is a commercially available monochromatic camera appropriate for measurement. The accuracy of the calibration is sub-pixel order. The time for calibration is not so much for the laboratory use.
