The effects of GMA weight fraction in the monomer feed on the particle size, and the adsorption of bovine serum albumin (BSA) onto the resulting particles were investigated. Transmission electron microscopy measurements showed that final particle size decreased with GMA weight fraction up to 70wt% and then slightly increased at fraction of 90wt%. The amounts of adsorbed BSA for these particles significantly decreased with an increase in GMA fraction up to 30wt% and were then kept constant at 30wt% or above.
