The photovoltaic properties of the cell using the anatase-type powder with particle size of 200 nm and those using the α-PbO2-type containing powder were less than those using the anatase-type powder with particle size of 7 nm. Short circuit current density and open circuit voltage of the cell using α-PbO2-type containing powder were higher than those using the anatase-type powder with the particle size of 200 nm.
