In the present study, MgTi2O5 was synthesized and ground by a ball-milled, and was used to prepare paste to form the porous film,. The ball-milling process resulted in improvement of open circuit voltage and short circuit current density. It was considered from FE-SEM observations of the film formed that the ball-milling process resulted in less ineffectual pores in the films and the improvement of the photovoltaic properties. The photovoltaic properties varied by cells with the ball-milling process comparing with the cells without ball-milling process.
