In order to utilize distance learning proactively, this study tries to clarify hinderances of distance learning and how they affect intention to use distance learning. By using the structural equation modeling, we identify that anxiety to quality of education negatively affects perceived usefulness of distance learning and that discontent to learning environment, anxiety of internet connectivity and health anxiety caused by distance learning positively affect anxiety of quality of education.
