| 内容記述 | The introduction of ChatGPT in 2022 accelerated public attention toward generative artificial intelligence (AI). Although people have become familiar with the general concept of generative AI, its utilization has not yet become widespread, and overall acceptance remains low. This study examines its acceptance among Japanese university students and identifies the influencing factors. Structural equation modeling is employed, and hypotheses are developed based on existing literature regarding generative AI. The analysis reveals that facilitating conditions for technology adoption and social influence significantly affect acceptance. Furthermore, providing support that enhances perceived usefulness, as well as announcements that improve such perceptions, could be effective in accelerating acceptance. The findings will contribute to the broader dissemination of generative AI. | |||||||||||||
