| 内容記述 | The composition and temperature dependence of strength in ordered and disordered Cu3Pt single crystals are investigated.T hrough the comparison between the results for ordered and disordered Cu3Pt single crystals, the reason is revealed why the positive temperature dependence of strength disappears at lower tempera畑 esin ordered Cu-23at%Pt alloy.In all disordered Cu3Pt alloys,a r ather prono皿 ced strengthening is observed at lower temperatures,w hichi s larger than in ordered alloys.A n analysis on the strengthening behavior at lower temperatures in these alloys reveals that the CRSS is proportionally related to 炉inboth ordered and disordered samples, as has been reported in Cu-Al alloys. A strengthening mechanism is proposed from this proportional relationship,wh ich would be responsible for the disappearance of the positive temperature dependence of strength based on the Kear-Wilsdorf mechanism at lower temperature regime in Cu-23at%Pt alloy. |
