The lath twin structure formed in all quenched samples reveals that the elastic martensitic transformation occurs in these sample. However, in the slow cooled samples the lath twin structure is never formed. The results of thermal analysis agrees essentially with the results of electrical resistivity measurement. The change in electrical resistivity of quenched samples during heating is different from that of slow cooled samples. In the quenched samples the electrical resistivity increases near the martensitic transformation temperature and a peak is formed on the heating resistivity curve, while in the slow cooled samples any peaks are never formed on the resistivity curve. This means that the elastic martensitic transformation is not taken place by heat treatment of slow cooling.
