| 内容記述 | Introducing a new parameter α which concerns to turbulent radial mixing of flow, Glauert's basic equation for outer region of tubulent wall jet is generalized and numerically integrated with new boundary conditions which are given at the centerline of the jets. By the present theory axial velocity profile is affected by α. Existence of recirculation flow or tailing of axial velocity is explained by the difference of α. The calculated results are compared with velocity profiles of two opposed jets observed by Witze and Dwyer. Flow parameters for two opposed jets are determined. The results also applied to flow characteristics of outer region of wall jet. The present theory gives more appropriate velocity profiles than original Glauert's theory. | |||||||||
