The objective of this study is to create and evaluate “goals in basic attitude to be attained and self-evaluation ladder of students at a nursing university.”
In order to create “goals in basic attitude to be attained and self-evaluation ladder of students at a nursing university,” 4 main items consisting of “duties/roles,” “self-management,” “communication skills,” “view towards nursing and ethical values” were set as well as detailed items indicating specific action targets. The students tallied the results of their self-evaluation, analyzed the trends according to the academic year and modified the detailed items accordingly. It was found that in the actual implementation, feedback and counsel from instructors through interviews were effective and that modifications with consideration to social backgrounds were vital. |
