内容記述 | The aim of this study was to investigate the physical activities in the daily life and the physical education class, and to relate those activities with the physical fitness. The level of physical activities; the number of steps, was measured by pedometer. The heart rate and the number of steps in the badminton exercise of physical education were simultaneously measured. The measurement parameters of the physical fitness were step test, side step, vertical jump, and sit up. The results were as follows : 1) The daily physical activity in students was relatively small but gained almost 40% by physical education class. 2) Students in the higher level of the daily physical activity had higher step test score. 3) The correlation was not observed significantly between the number of steps and the heart rate in physical education class. 4) The exercise intensity in physical education was approximately 100-160 beat/min (50-75%HRmax). We think that the physical education should lead students in order to increase the daily physical activity that is vital for the good health. | |||||||||
