| 内容記述 | In the previous papers, we have assumed ωb = ε0 + Σ(ωb) to calculated the band bottom energy ωb without further consideration. Here, ε0 is the bottom energy of the undisturbed (model) band, and Σ(ωb) is the self energy of an electron. In this work, we verify that above approximation gives rather good results within the discrepancy of 1%, comparing with the regroups results. | |||||||||
