内容記述 | The electrical resistivity of Cu-13at%Pd and Cu-13at%Pt alloys ordered and disordered by annealing at various temperature and immediately quenched, is measured during continuous heating, and the results obtained are compared each other. Also, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) of each sample is performed to obtain the order parameters at various temperatures. Resistivity measurement reveals that in both alloys of Cu-13at%Pd and Cu-i3at%Pt, the eiectricai resistivity increases just below the order-disorder transition temperature (Tc) and general feature of the electrical resistivity change during heating is similar to each other in both alloys. The residual resistivity in Cu-13at%Pd alloy decreases in proportion to [order parameter (S)]3.8 and in Cu-13at%Pt alloy decreases in proportion to S4.8. While, temperature coefficient of electrical resistivity increases in proportion to S2 in both alloys. However, in samples disordered by quenching from higher temperatures above T■ the electrical resistivity of Cu-13at%Pd alloy initiates to increase anomaly at lower temperatures, while the electricalre sistivity of Cu-13atPt alloy initiates to decrease at the same temperature. Such difference between the resistivity change in both alloys is ascribed to the fact that the ordering process from thermally disordered state to orderd state is different between both alloys. | |||||||||
