内容記述 | The changes in electrical resistivity during continuous heating of Cu-15at.%Pt alloys with an Li2 type structure, annealed at various temperatures and immediately quenched, are carefully examined; the relationships between the residual resistivity and the temperature coefficient of resistivity and the order parameter deduced from differential scanning calorimetory are experimentally investigated, and an experimental equation which can deduce changes in electrical resistivity during continuous heating is proposed. Also, the electrical resistivity curves calculated using the experimental equation are compared with those calculated using Rossiter's equation and obtained by the electrical measurement. The results reveal that the resistivity curves calculated using the experimental equation obtained are generally in good agreement with the results of electrical measurement but the value of the resistivity ratio calculated using Rossiter's equation becomes considerably lower than that of the experimental curve as the temperature increases. | |||||||||
