Although the pandemic of COVID-19 accelerates the use distance learning in higher educational institutions, that does not necessarily mean students accept distance learning positively. In order to utilize distance learning proactively, this study tries to clarify hinderances of distance learning and how they affect intention to use distance learning. By using the structural equation modeling, we identify that anxiety to quality of education negatively affects perceived usefulness of distance learning and that discontent to learning environment, anxiety of internet connectivity and health anxiety caused by distance learning positively affect anxiety of quality of education. These findings will be beneficial when higher educational institutions improve students’ acceptance of distance learning under COVID-19. |
