| 内容記述 | The pulse photoconductivity amplitude (PPCA) technique with blue laser carrier excitation is proposed for characterizing subsurface property in Si wafers.T he PPCA signals is concluded to malce possible to characterize subsurface damages introduced by mirror polishing, from the discussion of the correlation between micro roughness dependence ofP PCA, initial carrier lifetime,a nd heavy metals contamination. |
